The Army officer, Vanessa Guillen was killed by her junior soldier inside Fort Hood in Texas.
The story starts on April 22, 2020, when Vanessa suddenly went missing from the Army base camp, after she was last seen in the parking lot of the unit.
There were no traces of her in the next two months and investigating officers were not able to find anything related to her.
In the meantime, her family was seriously questioning the army department, and the whole justice system.

On June 30, remains of Guillen were found buried near the river after some contractors discovered the parts, which were resurfaced by wildlife.
After the information of her death, amid the public’s protest for justice, officers investigated a woman named Cecily Anne Aguilar.
Cecily was the girlfriend of Robinson and the culprit had informed her about killing a lady in the army camp with a hammer.
She even admitted helping the junior soldier to bury the dead body of the 20-year-old officer.
After the arrest warrant against Robinson was issued, the man who was on a run from the army camp, killed himself with a gunshot.
Aguilar was later arrested on the same day and was presented in the court for the charge of helping in crime.
